Finca El Paraiso Lychee Peach Decaf
Product details
Description
With one of the widest selections of specialty decaf around, Frequent Coffee explores a range of origins, processes, and decaffeination methods, treating decaf as a craft in its own right.
This decaf comes from Diego Samuel Bermúdez and family at Finca El Paraíso in Timbío, Cauca, Colombia, a farm known for its research-driven approach to processing. The cherries went through a yeast-inoculated, 36-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by washing, thermal shock, and sugarcane EA decaffeination.
Expect notes of peach, lychee, apple, and creamy caramel sweetness.
